- Dr. Ngoc Phan immigrated from Vietnam to Georgia at the age of nine — an experience that shaped her compassion and commitment to serving her community. She earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA, and completed her residency at Sacred Heart Health System in Florida.
- She leads TrueCare Medical with a mission to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care rooted in cultural understanding and clinical excellence.

- Bác sĩ Ngọc Phan di cư từ Việt Nam sang bang Georgia khi mới 9 tuổi — trải nghiệm này đã tạo nên lòng trắc ẩn và sự tận tâm phục vụ cộng đồng người Việt. Cô tốt nghiệp bác sĩ y khoa tại Trường Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (cơ sở Suwanee, GA) và hoàn thành chương trình nội trú tại Hệ thống Y tế Sacred Heart, bang Florida.
- Hiện nay, cô đang dẫn dắt TrueCare Medical với sứ mệnh mang đến dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe tận tâm, chất lượng cao dựa trên sự thấu hiểu văn hóa và chuyên môn y khoa vững vàng.

- Jannet Shim provides personalized care to adult and senior patients with a focus on long-term health and trust. She earned her MSN from Emory University and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Georgia State University.
- Her background in customer service and deep empathy for others led her to nursing and ultimately to advanced practice care. Jannet values patient education, strong communication, and helping people feel confident in managing their health.
Outside the clinic:
She enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, and exploring her creativity through art.

- Jannet Shim mang đến dịch vụ chăm sóc cá nhân hóa cho người trưởng thành và người cao tuổi, tập trung vào sức khỏe lâu dài và xây dựng sự tin tưởng. Cô tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ Điều dưỡng (MSN) tại Đại học Emory và Cử nhân Sinh học tại Đại học Bang Georgia.
- Với nền tảng làm việc trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng và lòng thấu cảm sâu sắc, Jannet đã chọn con đường điều dưỡng và tiếp tục phát triển lên vị trí y tá thực hành cao cấp. Cô đặc biệt coi trọng việc giáo dục sức khỏe cho bệnh nhân, giao tiếp cởi mở và hỗ trợ mọi người tự tin quản lý sức khỏe của mình.

Uyen Nguyen, PA-C
Board-Certified Physician Assistant
- Uyen Nguyen provides comprehensive care for adult patients across all stages of health, with a strong focus on chronic condition management and preventive care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).
- Her background in customer service and her passion for building lasting relationships with patients led her to pursue advanced clinical practice in internal medicine. Uyen values thoughtful, patient-centered care and continuity that supports long-term health and wellness.
Outside the clinic:
She enjoys cooking with her husband and playing fetch with her dog, Milo.
Uyên Nguyễn, PA-C

- Uyên Nguyễn cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc toàn diện cho người lớn ở mọi giai đoạn sức khỏe, với trọng tâm là quản lý bệnh mạn tính và chăm sóc dự phòng. Cô tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ Trợ lý Bác sĩ tại Trường Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).
- Xuất thân từ lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng và niềm đam mê xây dựng mối quan hệ bền chặt với bệnh nhân đã đưa Uyên đến với con đường thực hành lâm sàng nâng cao trong chuyên ngành nội khoa. Cô đề cao việc chăm sóc tận tâm, lấy bệnh nhân làm trung tâm và đảm bảo sự liên tục trong điều trị để hỗ trợ sức khỏe và thể trạng lâu dài.
Ngoài công việc:
Cô yêu thích nấu ăn cùng chồng và chơi ném bóng với chú chó Milo.
