How the Immigration Medical Exam Works
The USCIS exam includes a physical checkup, required lab tests, and vaccination verification:
1. Initial Consultation You’ll meet with our civil surgeon to review your medical and immigration history and begin the I-693 form process.
2. Physical Examination
A complete head-to-toe medical exam will be conducted as required by USCIS guidelines.
3. Required Tests & Vaccinations
We perform tuberculosis (TB) screening and other required blood tests. If any vaccinations are missing, we offer them in-house.
4. Form Completion
Once all components are complete, we fill out and seal Form I-693 according to USCIS standards for submission.
